OWN 5 WEEKS in this interval partnership This well maintained , Oceanfront , 3 bedroom and 2 bath unit on the 6 floor. This has 5 weeks per year on rotation. This is every 10 weeks. Check in is 3PM and check out is 10AM. Partner responsible for own cleaning and their own linen. New photos to come soon. Windemere has an indoor pool and hot tub and sun deck. There is a work out room on the 2nd floor. The parking deck provides covered parking on the lower levels. Main street is just a short walk away which is the home of the Shag Dance and the many beach clubs. Main street has many shops and places to eat. There are many other places to eat and shop within just a short distance from the ocean front condo. The show must be done on change over day which is Sunday.
